Yes. We have customers for whom we handle all the paperwork including, sending invoices to the factoring company or by processing it as QuickPay. We DO NOT accept payments on your behalf.

Quick pay is the payment method by which you get the payment directly from the brokerage in your account. Quick can take 5 - 7 days.

If you’re willing to get on the board with us, you just need to fill out a form. Also, you need to provide us with your MC Authority, W9, Certificate of Insurance, and  NOA (Notice of Assignment)/VOID Check.

No. Unless you have specifically instructed your insurance agent to process the certificate requests made by "the insured only". We work with your insurance agent to get the insurance certificates with the certificate holder's information.

The certificate holder is the person/organization who is receiving the COI from the insured. The insured is giving the COI to the certificate holder to prove they have proper coverage.
